Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth Appointments are available for existing patients who have been seen by one of our doctors face to face in clinic, in the previous 12 months. 
If you have not seen a doctor face to face in the last 12 months, you will not be eligible for a Medicare rebate. Fees may apply. 


TELEHEALTH BULK BILL CONSENT

Medicare requires consent in a digital or written form. 
Following your Telehealth appointment, a notification ill be issued via our Hotdoc portal. This may be sent as a SMS, email or directly to the Hotdoc App.
You are required to enter your last name and DOB, then select "Verify".
You will be directed to the consent page for Assignment of the Medicare Benefit, select "I agree" to provide consent.


Out of Pocket Costs

Staff will inform you of any out-of-pocket costs. For referred specialists and allied services, it is recommended you contact them for any out-of-pocket costs before making an appointment.

Some medical consumables eg: dressings may incur a fee.
